Community Rules

Version 0.1-dev · in force since

Share reasoning and sources, disclose your holdings, never sell tips. Calls, paid groups, return claims, pumping and unlisted deals are not allowed.

DRAFT FOR DEVELOPMENT ONLY. This is placeholder text for testing the Mudraa website. It is not Mudraa’s actual policy and is not legal advice.

Mudraa is a place to discuss businesses and share how you think about them — not a place to get or sell tips. These rules keep it that way.

Do

  • Share your reasoning and sources. Link the annual report, filing or announcement you rely on.
  • Disclose your holding on every post about a stock: invested, not invested, and whether you may trade within 30 days.
  • Ask questions freely. Beginners are welcome.
  • Report tips, paid-group links, fake returns, pumping, impersonation and abuse.

Don’t

  1. No calls. No buy/sell/hold instructions, price targets, stop-losses or entry zones. Only SEBI-registered analysts, shown with Mudraa’s registry badge, may publish research with ratings.
  2. No paid groups or solicitation. No Telegram/WhatsApp links, phone numbers, handles or “DM me for premium calls”.
  3. No return or performance claims. No P&L screenshots as proof, accuracy percentages or “guaranteed” language.
  4. No pumping. No coordinated hype, urgency (“buy before it flies”) or multiple accounts.
  5. No off-limits deals. No unlisted-share deals, IPO grey-market trades or trading contests.
  6. No impersonation. Don’t claim to be a registered analyst, a company insider or a fund manager.
  7. No rumours. Unsourced claims about results, orders, raids or takeovers will be held until a source is added.
  8. No abuse or personal data. No harassment, hate, doxxing or spam.

How moderation works

Every post is checked before it appears. Clear breaches are blocked with a reason, unclear posts go to a human moderator, and published posts can be reported. Repeated or serious breaches lead to restrictions, suspension or a ban.

If you disagree

You can appeal any removal or restriction. Someone not involved in the original decision will review it. You can also contact the Grievance Officer.
