Registered Analyst Terms

Version 0.1-dev · in force since

For SEBI-registered research analysts and investment advisers publishing on Mudraa: registration checks, disclosures and conduct.

DRAFT FOR DEVELOPMENT ONLY. This is placeholder text for testing the Mudraa website. It is not Mudraa’s actual policy and is not legal advice.

1. Eligibility

You must hold a valid SEBI registration as a Research Analyst (INH) or Investment Adviser (INA), or be authorised to publish under such a registration. Mudraa checks the registration when you apply and every day afterwards. If the registration lapses, is suspended or cancelled, your badge is removed and new research is frozen the same day.

2. Attribution and disclosures

  • Every research post shows your registered name, registration type and number.
  • You must complete the disclosure block on each research note, including financial interest, holdings, use of AI and the disclaimer.

3. Conduct

  • No performance claims except through PaRRVA; no testimonials or accuracy claims.
  • No solicitation to private Telegram/WhatsApp groups inside Mudraa.
  • Client-specific advice belongs in your own channel, not in public threads.

4. Mudraa’s role

Mudraa hosts and verifies registration; it does not endorse, rank by returns or co-author your research, and does not collect client fees.
