S&P downgrades US credit rating from AAA to AA+ with negative outlook.

Not sure what kind of an impact its going to have on our markets. In a broader sense, we were expecting this and its not a surprise news.

The one happened in Italy (Moody's and S&P's document seizure by italian intelligence) is unexpected though
