HELLO FRIENDS

i am suffering from ankylosing spondylitis, arthritis, and slip disc and then high blood pressure also at the same time.

recently i have come accross south korean jade stone therapy CERA GEM, which they are providing free to me, claiming it can cure the deadliest of the diseases in 3-6-9 months of time, if taken regularly without any chance of recurring.

i am seriously thinking of taking this therapy but before i expose my body to something new, i wud like to invite the experiences/views/opinions of mudraa members regarding the same, as i dont want to go by what they are claiming OR by the testimonials available on the net.

i have been now undergoing the therapy for more than 50 days now, my high bp is reduced by 10 points, fbs by 20 points, weight by 2 kg, and i am also experiencing renewed feeling in myself.

1. CHANGE YOUR LIFE STYLE;
2. GET UP EARLY & MAKE A HABBIT OF WALKING IN OPEN & FRESH AIR, PARTICULARLY BEFORE SUN-RISE; HIGH CONCENTRATION INTAKE OF FRESH OXYGEN WILL CERTAINLY TEND TO DE-TOXIFY YOUR SYSTEM AND IMPROVE YOUR RESISTANCE POWER;
3. CONCENTRATE ON YOUR DIET: AVOID HIGH PROTEIN, HIGH CALCIUM INTAKE AND TAKE FIBROUS FOODS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE; PROTEINS AND CALCIUM TEND TO CREATE PROBLEMS IN THE SMOOTH CIRCULATION OF BLOOD & INCREASE THE URIC ACID LEVEL OF YOUR BODY AND FOR YOU BOTH WILL CREATE PROBLEM [IN BP & ARTHRITIS].

Hamre yaha ek bahut achha centre hai, trust ke madhyam se chalta hai, jaha bahut cases fully thik hote hue dhekhe hai. ek lady Mby se wheel chai per aayi thi, chal nahi sakati thi, ek mahine mai chalne lagi.Aise bahut se cases thik hue hain. Aap aur aap ki mother dauno yaha kuch dino ke liye aakar treatment le sakte hai, 8-10 dino mai hi aap khud fark dekh sakenge. Meri koi help chahiye to jarur batna

yest. i went to a cera gem centre

there, the centre administrator was assuring a 80 years old lady who was benefitted for her limbs pain through cera gem, that she might get new teeth  at this age

is it really possible ?

taking cera gem therapy is not an issue for me, but waiting over there for more than 3 hours is an issue, since its free, so lot of rush and u can skip the qeuee
