Is anybody trading with zerodha? Can you please provide the amount charged(total of brokerage plus all taxes) for any order with the number of lots? Please provide complete details given in the contract note. As somebody has written that taxes work out to Rs.60/- per lot, which is greater than the regular levies. Please give details from the contract note only.

How much liverage zerodha will provide for intraday trader?Suppose one may have 1 lakh cash, usually he can buy 5 lots[margin appx.20000/ each required/ lot]How many lots he can buy and play for intraday trade?10 lots or more?

ZERODHA IS THE BEST. YOU BUY ANY NUMBER OF LOT, THE BROKERAGE IS RS. 20 ONLY, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE LOT SIZE. EVEN IF YOU BUY 1000 LOT IN A SINGLE ORDER, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU RS. 20 + 20 = 40 FOR BOTH SIDES (+ TAXES). THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL. TRANSFER OF FUND IN & FUND OUT IS SO EASY THAT I HAVE NEVER FELT ANY KIND OF PROBLEM SINCE LAST TWO YEARS.

In ventura it is Rs/- 35 + Taxes Per Lot.
That too only single led for Intraday.
Of course 7,500 Per Year is the advncae Bokerage.
Still if you do one Transcation Per day it is enough to get back the Paid Brokerage of 7,500.
Approxi: it works out to be less than Rs/-50 Per Lot for Intra Day

Taxes of 60 per lot seems to be incorrect.

Rs 20 per trade means...suppose i buy and sell 2 lot (100) nifty future then brokerage comes to 20 + 20 = 40 + taxes (roughly 50/60 per lot buy and sell).....means total costing is 20+20+60+60 = 160. if i sell at only 2 points difference then also i m in 40 rs profit (100*2=200 and 200 - 160 = Rs 40 profit with 2 points diff and 140 with 3 points)...am i right in my calculation?????
second example if trade in 10 lots nifty future (500 qty)
buy + sell + taxes = 20 + 20 + 600 ( approx rs 60 per lot) = 640
now if exit at 2 point nifty i earn 500 * 2 = 1000
total profit 1000 - 640 = rs 360 profit ( with only 2 points diff) and 860 profit with 3 points difference.....
IS IT THAT MUCH SIMPLE???

When you buy 10 lots at a time then your brokerage would be 20 rs. only not 640.
Even if you buy 1000 lots by one order then also brokerage will be- 20 (twenty rupees)
But if you buy every lot by placing separate order then you need to pay 20rs. for each lot.

Nice Broker it have itself Brokarage calculater , it its Breety Simple, Low -low brokarage make our profit huge , No doubt please go ahead & open an account immeditaly.
