But Vikasji I am holding many stocks which are below my purchase price.RNRL is the biggest lot.If I do not see the level I bought it for than I will have to book losses.Well I think that is Stock market for you.

I THINK, U FOLLOWED TIPS FROM IMMATURE ANALYST. THEY WILL CURSE UR IGNORANCE RATHER THAN THEIR MISTAKE. SEE A SAMPLE:- ARGUEMENT FOR A FAILED TIP GOES LIKE THIS: when 1st tgt met keep sl at your price,2nt tgt met keep sl at 1st tgt & so on........ Always follow levels to buy & sell & sls which are given,,,,,,,, If u cant do thisno one can give u profit...so always learn to accept your mistake...... SO DON'T WORRY URS IS NOT AN EXCEPTIONAL CASE. NILANJAN'S VIEW IS CORRECT.

SO WHAT ARE THE BASICS YOU FOLLOW AND CAN I KNOW WHAT KNOWLEDGE YOU GAINED IN PAPER TRADES ?? SO THE DAY YOU PUT IN REAL MONEY AND IF YOU LOSE, CAN YOU VENTURE FOR THE SECOND TRADE ?? Dear Veena< If you are thinking of day trading seriously my advice is "Don't wander for tips here and there because u may be a victim of exaggerated suggestions. Some tip providers always use superlative degrees such as SURE SHOT, MUST BUY, TOMORROWS BET etc. and one will be tempted to follow this calls. If U prefer to depend on tips go through as much tips as u can and find out a reliable tip provider. All that glitters are not gold.

VEENA IN THAT CASE, I SUGGEST TO TRADE WITH VIRTUAL MONEY WITH MONEYCONTROL.COM AND DO LEARN TO READ CHARTS. FROM YOUR LANGUAGE I COULD GUESS YOU ARE AN INTELLIGENT PERSON. IF YOU WANT TO LEARN BUY A CHARTING SOFTWARE AND STUDY THAT WITH PAPER/VIRTUAL TRADING. A DAY WILL COME YOU WILL HAVE ENOUGH CONFIDENCE TO ENTER AND EXIT IN ANY SCRIP YOU LIKE.
