Its true in bull market anyone can give tips on shares, even in bear markets anybody can comment about the stock dipping but during correction of markets or in volatile markets people gud in analysis only can make out. So perfect tips given in volatile markets are the best tips and they would be genius in analysis ;)

Yes.Since 2-3 months market is running oneway, and many bad stocks also have run beyond their valuations.This is the time where everyone can give tips.But they will not always succeed.SO BEWARE-
