ALL THESE STOCKS HAVE MANY THINGS IN COMMON:- 1)THEY HAVE LOW PE.ALL HAVE PE OF 1. 2)PROMOTER HOLDING IS LOW.IT IS NEAR 20% . 3)THEY PAY LOW OR NO DIVIDEND. 4)ALL THE STOCK HAVE BEEN IN CONTROVERSY IN THE PAST OR AT PRESENT. 5)LASTLY MOST IMPORTANT COMMON THING IS THEY ARE UNDERPERFORMING THE MARKETS. CONCLUSION-DO NOT INVEST IN THESE STOCKS UNTIL U SEE THE PROMOTER HOLDING INCRESING SIGNIFICANTLY.ACCORDING TO MY OBSERVATION PROMOTER HOLDING SOULD ATLEAST BE 30%.
