Buy Avon Corp @ current levels

The stock is at it support and made a tripple bottom at 5.5 and sure one can make good 30% return with in few trading sessions.

Futher the company is into manufacture and trading of weighing systems and also they export the same. 

Face value of 10 and the stock is available @5.6. This is an awesome oppurtunity to buy into this stock.

I traded on this stock yesterday and today. sold 250-300 stocks for a diff of 20-30p.Once the chart gives a BO, I will take dely.

it's taking support @5.5 -5.6 levels on closing basis. Seems that it is ready for a fresh up move

There was a ruffle in the Counter 0n 1st Oct. Otherwise it is fundamentally very strong stock with BVPS @ Rs 12.5,ROE @ >14%, RONW @ 14%. The owners have also increased their stake,as per book, by > 300% in 2 years.Only concern is its downward movement and present Bollinger position. At this price it has actually come down by arnd 40% since beginning of 2010 and a yoy return is -ve.

It is not clear why this counter such under performer. Any idea, anybody?
