Mr.Kuldeep Sir,
You can appy same strategy for Stocks also.
If you take cash market only buy signals can be traded.
If you take f&o, you can use both buy & sell signals.

Dear Mr.Paresh Chawla,
SL - Below 8EMA

View Profile
From : Sim Stanley at 10:32 AM - Aug 28, 2010 ( )

more to add:  whenever the 8EMA crossed the 12 EMA IT HAS CROSSED the 34EMA also

When it has not Crossed the 12EMA but Touched it,, then a Positive Rangebound is seen for next few days before crossing the line or a Bounce back on short term

combining Ashok ji and Viswanth's  view points we have to be cautious,, market can be RANGEBOUND or can move any way

Time Frame EOD,  only basis 8 / 12 / 34 ema.  (eg.  for bullish , step 1 for which  all scripts 8 is crossing 34 and step 2 is 8 ema above 12 also  -  philosophy :  as long as 8 is above 34 trend is long, and whenever 8 touches 12 be cautious to book profit)  This generates say, WatchList "A"
For eod i like to use MACD (3,10,16) used by Linda Raschke and AfraidToTarde.com ;  STS (13,8,5),  ADX (14),  RSI

This is on the 6 month chart.
Last it happened at 5224 and made a low of 4807 (417 pts)but before this it rebounded twice from the 34 EMA.
On 27th too it has closed with a good bounce from the low.
Europe and US markets have closed +ve with good clues, moreover  golds up movement restricted with $ on the down move and volatility index quite stable, I feel a bounce is possible.
8 EMA has yet to cross down the 34 EMA.
Hence the SL for shorts have to be strict.

These are just a learner's observation. Comments invited for any wrong observation.

If you read thread written by Parthaji, Jagmohanji and Juliusji, you will get idea about ema formula for trading. Here Juliusji is discussing only about Nifty positional trade where closing price is considered.

This can be applied to any stocks but it is not  necessary that ema8/34 formula will work for all stocks.  By back-testing method on line charts on EOD base can give you a useful formula for stock also.

For Infosys, I checked that EOD 13/89 works very well.

Please check the results of various combination of EMAs before actual trade.
