Except BF Utilities (SL triggered), all other short sells went in favor. Good profit with short sell in Larsen & Toubro (sold at 1990 & covered at 1878). Earned with long position in ICICI Bank also but covered cost to cost with subsequent short position in ICICI bank.

Rajesh kumarji, this tanking immly after results in spite of them being good indicates that those buying, knew of the probable goodness of the results, and are now booking profits. It does not happen in real good companies. See, when ABB announced its buyback offer, the stock jumped AFTER the announcement. Similarly, L&T's last yr's surprise good results saw a rise AFTER they became news.
  In a few cases, stocks doing good upmoves, suddenly drop just a day before result announcement. Similar reasons, and this shows that our mkt has still some maturity to acquire.
