Understanding RNRL - your view pl - praksh

i plotted rnrl wth the 8 and 34 dema ( cudn't paste it here - sorry - pl do chk on http://www.google.com/finance?q=rnrl )
- i wonder
1- if this is a buy with stop below 61.5 ( 8 dema)2. If this is a sell wth stop above 66 ( 34 d ema)
3. or no trade . just Wait and watch for a trend confirmation for a day or two
4. any other view
will appreciate any inputs on this for better understanding

look sheetalji there are no clearcut answers--but some activities taking place recently gives me strong suspicion that the judgement is due in just a few days time.The kind of subdued buying seen in rnrl 75 march calls,the seemingly lack of interest which is artificially created,the kind of length for a judgement to come more than 3 months--no way, the ntpc-ril case postponed to the 18th of march and such other facts
how can u be so sure sajan sir? no I am not questioning u.only I wanted things to be clearer
judgement will come out in this contract itself
be very care ful of the stock ; the way it is stuck in this range is because the so called operators want to eat up all call puts ; which the poor guy buys ; buy paying 1 or 2 re and think that if the decision is in favour of adag my 2 re cal will be 20 ; and if it is not in favour of adag then put will be 20 ; but it wont be so easy ; but call and put would be 0 by 25 th march ; only operatorssssssssss will earn as no decision will come ;
rnrl facing stiff resistance at 66 area .

if it braks & sustain above 65 level then 1 can buy with a stop loss of 61 . MACD has given buy signal on daily charts
I THINK RNRL has already given a trend reversal signal yesterday.Yesterday after a downtrend it formed a bullish candle in an oversold zone & there is also positivr divergence,volm also favouring for bulls.Please it from seniors.
