| Concurrent
(India) Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors
of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2010, inter alia,
has discussed and approved the following: 1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Anil Sharma as Additional Director on the Board with effect from November 13, 2010. Mr. Anil Sharma will be the in charge of Operations and looks after the acquisitions, whose expertise for more than 10 years has been with various steel Companies as in-charge of operations. 2. Approved the resignation of Mr. A. Sivaram Prasad as Director who resigned to the board due to his pre-occupation. 3. Board of Directors approved issuance of warrants to the Promoters / PAC numbering to 21.00,000 shares at a price of Rs. 31 per share. Pursuant to AGM approval for Warrants issuance, Promoters / PAC brought in Rs. 1.4 crores towards subscription of the warrants and expressed their readiness to bring additional amount for completing the 25% required subscription towards warrants issuance in next 15 days time. To ratify the same Board of Directors decided to hold an EGM on December 24, 2010. 4. Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. K. P. Rao as the Chairman which will ratified by the EGM to be held on December 24, 2010. Hitherto Mr. K. P. Rao is on the Board as Director. Mr. K. Sudhir Babu will continue as the Managing Director & CEO. |
