I think you need to experiment a little bit with the MA's It depends on the type of trade you are looking for as well. Whethere it is intraday or delivery. It also depends on whether the stock is moving sideways or showing clear direction. If it is in clearly trending you can look at 10, 21 only but if it is moving sideways , may be you would like to view it on a bigger timeframes.

a reliable crossover can be achieved with these parameters.1)ema-10 and sma-30 2)ema-20 and ema-50.i am not an expert, after so many test i experience good results. once i repeat i am not TA.
