Rajesh Exports (REL) has bagged an export order worth Rs 732 crore of designer range of gold and diamond studded jewellery and medallions from A1 Malek Jewellery, UAE. The order is to be completed by March 31, 2015. The execution of this order will significantly add to the bottom line of the company. This order will be executed at the company's manufacturing facility at Bangalore, which is the world's largest jewellery manufacturing facility spread over 12 acres of land with a built up area of 500,000 square feet.

GMR Infrastructure
GMR Infrastructure's subsidiary - Delhi International Airport (DIAL), has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its entire stake of 26% of the equity capital of Delhi Cargo Service Centre which operates cargo operations at Delhi Airport. DIAL has agreed to sell its entire holding of 1,09,20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each, to India Infrastructure Fund-II (investment manager - IDFC Alternatives Limited), for Rs 26.20 per share aggregating a total consideration of Rs 28.60 crore. The consummation of share sale is subject to fulfillment of certain conditions precedent.

Apollo Hospitals
Apollo Hospitals Enterprises has signed an agreement with the Republic of Macedonia to develop healthcare services in the Southeastern European nation. The MOU provides for observerships and training courses for medical specialists, nurses, technicians and other health professionals from the Republic of Macedonia at various locations across the Apollo Hospitals network in India.

Thomas Cook India
Thomas Cook India has signed an agreement with Global Distribution Systems provider Amadeus. Amadeus was selected on the basis of a combination of its robust time-tested products and future ready innovations, enabling customer centricity and productivity across Thomas Cook India's diverse range of travel related business lines- Corporate and Leisure Travel, eBusiness and MICE.

ITC is planning to introduce its 'B Natural' fruit juices in the eastern and western markets soon. So far 'B Natural' -a Bengaluru-based brand that ITC acquired last year - has been introduced in the five southern States that include Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerala. The launch in the eastern region - West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar and the North-East - is expected by February. While in western markets the offerings will be introduced later this year. To be distributed through both modern retail and kirana stores, B Natural has been priced to take on market leaders in the segment.
