its  looking on charts that realty sector like unitech ,hdil,ibullrealty,dlf are making long loong term bottom at these prices ,so i will buy realty for sure.

hi sulaiman, watever you say pls tell in english. why realty are going down day by day. Where can it go? upto zero know, after that it has to bounce back know. So these are good levels to invest in realty companies for long term say 2-5 years.

my dear unknown friend PARVINDJI , main yahaa per kisi ko neecha dikhaane ke liye kuch nahi likh rahaa hoo. first of all har aadmi ka invest karne ka apna nazariya hai ( time frame ) ho sakta hai ke aap long term horizon ki baat kar rahe ho , i agree ke unitech bahut achi company hai aur yeh bahut acha return degi , lekin agar aap short term ki baat karein to main isse bilkul sehmat nahi hoo kyu ki realty sector mein downside abhi baaki hai mere dost .and for ur kind information realty sector kabhi bhi mkt ko bull run mein nahi pohchayaa hai , ha agar koi sector hai to woh hai transport sector agar transport sector dauda to samajhlo ke bull run has started & its a DOW theory finder of DOW JONES not mines regard & all the best

chahe woh koi b sector ho jo buy signal dega i will buy from my point of view next bull run will b led by realty these are the lows for realty, i dont care a dam k unitech 38 se 30 chlaa jaye.

parvind bhai aap le lo realty stocks , but for god sake dont advise any body to commit suicide . wht raza bhai is tellin is absolutely correct , just stay away from realty sector
