Guyz,
I have been watching people here for sometime now and i feel i am a baccha before you all..I am new to this forum and this is my 1st post. I have been mostly tracking US markets off late and coupling it with Indian markets. As we have still not decoupled from the global economy. I think Sensex may drop further and consolidate in the range of 9,500 to 11,000 or below (More pessimistic) and then give good scope for long term investors for investments of 1 to 2 yrs horizon. 

Indicators for US Market.
Ballooning US Debts which is not being serviced but just has been kept aside.
Hurricane season starts in US. 1 hurricane katrina can drown all green shoots.
Jobs maybe lost further as recovery has again started to show some weakness. 
Increase in Commodity prices leads to decrease in consumption.
Majority of US states are in Bankruptcy state ex, California.
New Indicator,
New Chinese bubble in the formation. According to some analyst chinese stock market needs to correct further down near to its lows to start a secure upward journey, cuz bubble burst at this time may cause a new asian crisis.
