I AM NOT AT ALL IN THIS TRADE, JUST WATCH IT !

 

NIFTY SPOT [5084]

BUY 5200 CE [OCT. SERIES] CMP-110.50

BUY 5000 PE [OCT. SERIES] CMP-128.10

TOTAL PREMIUM :  110.50 + 128.10 = 238.60

TARGET : 300 - 325 - 350 ++++

 

NOTE : AVERAGE WHEN PREMIUM DOWNS TO 50% OF TOTAL PREMIUM INVESTED

Hello Manoj,

Just to insure for Next month trading option we can see high deduction CE and PE Options Prise,

During end of the SEP expire session ,which will be starter from now.

we may see the OCT prise could be 150-160 @ 1-2 nd of Oct month.

This is some how riskey , what is feel ....

NOTE : AVERAGE WHEN PREMIUM DOWNS TO 50% OF TOTAL PREMIUM INVESTED 

Options will keep losing value and hence their premium won’t cross a certain price. So if you keep buying more and more lots of same strike thinking that one move will get you into break-even or may be profit zone and say it does happen then don’t make it a habit. You just got lucky this one time. Averaging doesn’t work because unlike stocks options don’t have infinite value or life. (I know you are paper trading......I just point out the prob with averaging in options ........hops may helps)Laughing
